This person is a professional who bridges the non-instructional and instructional aspects of Blaze Academy and is an engine of the school's operations in many ways. The duties performed may include, but are not limited to, establishing the vision and mission of Blaze Academy; assisting BA's director in planning, organization, coordination, administration, and management of assigned school activities, programs, curriculum, instruction, assessment, student needs, conduct, and attendance; supervising correspondence via email, texts, phone calls, and letters, etc.

A vital member of Blaze Academy's teaching staff. This person is a childcare professional who would be responsible for leading classroom activities of children from age two to five years old, The duties performed would include, but are not limited to, establishing BA's vision and mission; providing appropriate supervision of children at all times; collaborating with others to implement lesson/school goal; adapting resources for children to utilize in exploration as they learn and play; monitoring student developmental milestones and progress and report to parents; manage classroom activities such as circle-time, lessons, play, breaks, meals, health/safety, and sanitation procedures.

A vital member of the Blaze Academy's teaching staff. The duties performed would include, but are not limited to, establishing BA's vision and mission; providing services that are instructional in nature; delivering direct or indirect services to students or parents; facilitating various activities for children such as songs, games, and storytelling; collaborating with other professionals, receiving students upon arrival and monitoring student pick-ups; preparing; maintaining office logs and inventory system for classroom materials/supplies; maintaining a clean. tidy and positive learning environment.

A vital member of Blaze Academy and possesses child care certification or equivalent training or experience. The duties performed may include, but are not limited to, establishing BA’s vision and mission; assisting teaching staff with classroom/lesson preparation and execution; assisting with maintaining a clean, tidy and positive environment; prayer support, and others.

A vital member of Blaze Academy who would have an opportunity to support BA's vision and mission; provide appropriate support for the teaching team, as determined by the lead teacher/director, and provide relevant tools and resources that support exploration, learning, and playing and may utilize relevant research to enhance BA’s curriculum, as well as perform any other duties that may be essential to BA's needs.
